Felix Kruse is a senior consultant and project manager at Hamburg Institut and mainly supports clients from industry and the building sector as well as public clients on their way to climate neutrality. His tasks include all fundamental aspects of corporate climate neutrality: climate accounting for organisations (Corporate Carbon Footprint, CCF) and products (Product Carbon Footprint, PCF), potential analyses for emission reduction in all three scopes, climate risk analyses, reporting (SBTi, CSRD, VSME) as well as the development of sound climate strategies and their effective implementation.

Professional experience & qualification

Felix Kruse had already gained extensive experience in consulting before joining Hamburg Institut. Most recently, the engineer was team leader at cardioscan GmbH for several years, before which he worked as a management consultant for five years and as a working student at Lischke Consult GmbH for two years. Felix Kruse completed both his Master’s degree in ‘International Engineering’ and his Bachelor’s degree in ‘General Engineering Science’ at the Technical University of Hamburg, specialising in energy and environmental technology.
