As an internal project and programme manager, Peggy Klatte is responsible in particular for resource planning and project controlling, thus keeping our consultants’ backs free. She monitors and coordinates projects and strategic processes within the company, provides support in the preparation and calculation of quotations and takes on other operational tasks at both internal and project-related level.
Professional experience & qualification
After studying communication design, Peggy Klatte worked as a graphic designer in various advertising and communication agencies. In her last position at an agency specialising in financial and sustainability communication, in addition to design, she was also responsible for project management and resource planning and was the contact person for service providers. Peggy Klatte expanded this practical experience with four months of further training as a project manager specialising in sustainability and quality before joining the Hamburg Institute in 2024.
